Frankie began his professional journey at Philip Morris International in 2003, where he gained valuable experience in market operations, business development, and strategy execution. His success in driving revenue growth and implementing operational changes in competitive markets paved the way for his transition to Asia Pacific Group International in 2009 as General Manager. He quickly rose through the ranks due to his results-oriented leadership and his ability to guide teams in adapting to dynamic market environments.
